Batman: The Animated Series
"Waiting for My J Man" Harley Quinn Statue
So back in 2015 there was a 7" vinyl release of the Batman animated series theme song.
We were looking at getting one. We don't actually own our own LP player (my folks do though!)
I guess it was more for the random factor, classic Harley Quinn and the uniqueness of it all.
This may have backfired though. Mondo sold out like straight away. Which, like I suspected was probably not even purchased by actual fans, but more like people who anticipated making millions of money off of the eBay's.
I think you can actually buy more now but they're still pretty damn expensive even if it's a sale direct from manufacturer.
As you can see from the picture above, we now have a statue of the image on the LP cover.
I'll be frank, it looks amazing.
Based on the poster by Matt Taylor, the Batman: The Animated Series "Waiting for My J Man" Harley Quinn Statue features a lovelorn Harley Quinn, relaxing on a swanky shag carpet while listening to her favourite tunes, as she waits for a certain someone to come home.
Made from poly-stone, this approximately 9 1/4-inches tall statue is a must-have for the serious Harley Quinn collector.
Being released in October 2017 and roughly around USD $249.99.
Here's some information about the LP's in case you feel bad about not spending a million dollars of these pieces of merchandise at the time they came out, because it will now cost you about a trillion.
A1 | Main Titles | 1:02 |
A2 | End Credits | 0:34 |
B1 | End Credits (Alternate Beginning) | 0:48 |
B2 | End Credits (Alternate Ending) | 0:54 |
There were other characters too with other colour schemes. I quite like the Joker one.
Look at this evil bastard with his vinyl bomb! Amazing! |
Look at this, he's eaten a Batman for lunch and took a dump on the LP! Brilliant! |
Look at this...... ehhh.... Mr Freeze is too 'cool' to have his own personalised touch. Hah! |
Look at this! Manbat has freaking vinyl wings! Neat! |
There was even a special edition featuring Batman. It was 12" die-cut and thankfully also vinyl because it's design would be a terrible idea for a CD player.
